Here at Sloco, we love and value supporting members of our community through donation-based days that can in-turn be donated to great causes! We especially love donating to causes that help uplift our community in ways that celebrate diversity and work towards creating an inclusive environment that brings out culture, education, and art in the name of racial and social justice.
This next Tuesday, June 27th, 2023, we are hosting a name-your-price-day, where YOU can come in and donate what you would like on our Express Wellness Services. We are then going to donate 50% of our proceeds from that day to R.A.C.E Matters SLO!
R.A.C.E Matters SLO is a Black-led multiracial organization that has made an impact on SLO County by creating Black-centered spaces and cultural content for our area. They also host conversations on important topics on racial and social justice, and have collaborated in SLO Film Festival, SLO Museum of Modern Art, Universal Pictures, among so many others to help bring more arts and culture into SLO County.
