They say sharing is caring… which is why with this plan you can share up to 50% off your services each month with someone (or as many people as you’d like) that you care about!  

In order to ensure a smooth guest experience, a request form must be completed each time you’d like to transfer a credit over to another person. 

It takes time to see change, so our initial term is designed to help you incorporate regular guilt-free self-care into your life! The initial 90 day program is split into three equal payments before going into a month-to-month agreement.

Monthly payments will be charged every 30 days after the first payment and run on a 30 day auto-renew schedule. You can cancel at any time (with 30 days notice) after your initial 3 month term and plan benefits will remain in place until the last day of your billing cycle. Any unused services that have been accrued will be forfeited upon cancellation of membership.  Dues cannot be prorated or refunded for any reason. All membership sales are final.

For your convenience, you may freeze your Wellcare Plan in 30 day increments for a minimum 30 days and a maximum of 90 days.  You can freeze your benefits for a maximum of 90 days per calendar year. A freeze fee of $15/month will apply to lock your pricing in place. Membership benefits, including accrued services, are not accessible during this time. Freeze Requests must be completed by using the Request Form. If a freeze is requested during the initial 90 day term, the end date of the initial term of the membership is extended according to the duration of the freeze.

If you wish to cancel or freeze, you must inform us by completing the Request Form a minimum of 30 days before your membership renews, so that we both have a record of your cancellation.  

Out of fairness, we do not allow guests to make standing appointments. Please do not make appointments you cannot keep!

If you cancel or reschedule a reservation with less than 3 hours notice, you will have to forfeit your prepaid service. If no prepaid services are available for redemption, there will be a $10 cancellation fee for the day, no exceptions. All no-shows will result in a $20 fee per Express Wellcare Treatment.

Please note that services outside of those that are categorized as an Express Wellcare Treatment do abide by a 24 hour cancellation policy with larger fees for missed or late cancelled appointments.

In an effort to minimize how many people are up front at once, we encourage you to book online. After selecting your first service, click “edit search” then “add service.” You can do this for up to 5 services. It is important that services are booked in a specific order, so we ask that you book them all in one reservation. In order to make sure that you get the maximum benefit from your time with us, we recommend doing hot and cold services on different days, or at least 3 hours apart. These are suggestions for services we recommend doing together!

Since these are express services, every minute matters! Please arrive on time for your appointment, otherwise, your appointment may be bumped.

In order to provide incentive for you to reach your goals, services expire 90 days after accrual as long as your Wellcare Plan remains active. Services included in the plan benefits may change based on changing business circumstances. Services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that many of these services deliver the best results when experienced on different days.
