1.5 Cups raw cashews
1 Scoop Rockin’ Wellness
1 Cup soft Medjool dates (pitted, about 13 tightly packed)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 Tablespoons vegan mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs


1. Add cashews to food processor and process into “flour”
2. Add Rockin’ Wellness, dates, vanilla, and salt. Process until a well combined dough forms
3. Transfer mixture to a medium sized bowl and fold in chocolate chips or cacao nibs
4. Spread mixture firmly and evenly into a lined baking dish (wet your hands to prevent sticking)
5. Freeze for at least 20 minutes before slicing into bars
6. Store in air tight container in fridge
