Importance of Proper Lifting Techniques

Proper lifting techniques are essential for preventing back injuries and strains. When lifting heavy objects, it is important to use your legs, not your back, to do the work. By bending at the knees and keeping your back straight, you can reduce the strain on your back muscles and reduce the risk of injury.
