Sloco Policies
By scheduling an appointment, you agree to abide by the following policies. Your honesty, consideration & respect are greatly appreciated by our entire team and our other guests.
Arrive Early
To make sure that you get the most out of your massage session, please arrive EARLY to your appointment. Check in time for guests who are new to our space, or are trying out a new service should arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their appointment. We ask that return guests arrive 5 minutes early. It is our goal to get you into the treatment room at the time of your appointment, which is why we ask you to arrive early for check in.
Arrive Prepared
To make sure that you get the most out of your reservation, please arrive prepared! This means completing necessarily digital intake forms and reviewing special instructions for your specific service. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of the scheduled service times and may need to be rescheduled to not inconvenience other guests. In this case, a fee would be applied for missing your reservation.
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call us right away, as we do have a cancellation policy in place. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. As a courtesy, we ask that you communicate with us in with as much notice as possible (especially via email after hours – bewell@slocohealth.com) if you think there might be a reason that you won’t be able to make your appointment.
Express Wellness Services require 3 hours notice to avoid incurring any cancellation fees. If cancelled with less than 3 hours notice, a fee of $10 per express service will be charged to the card on file if prepaid services are not available to deduct from the account.
All other services do require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the services cancelled. No shows will be responsible for the full cost of the session or forfeit a prepaid service. No exceptions.
If you cannot make your appointment or you are ill, we encourage you to find someone who can take your place to avoid any unnecessary charges. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
*Express Wellness Services include: Whole Body Cryotherapy, Somadome Meditation, Normatec Compression, Ear Seeds, Express Infrared Sauna, Dry Salt Therapy and ARRC LED Red Light Bed.

We ask that all guests self-check for illness before coming in for your appointment. The health of our team and our guests is our priority. Feel free to review our COVID Prevention Plan.
Don’t Miss Out
A credit card is required to hold your reservation. As a courtesy, please allow at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a fee.
Shop with Confidence
We want you to shop with confidence! If you’re not pleased with a product that you purchased at Sloco, give us a call so we can make sure that you’re using it properly to ensure that you get the most out of it. If you still don’t like it, you may bring back the unused portion of the product within 14 days of purchase.
Fill Us In
We have a detailed intake form that you will be required to fill out before your service. Everything is on the intake form for a good reason. Some information is required by law while other information is needed for your safety and to allow us to better serve you. We appreciate that you take the time to fill us in. Please do so BEFORE arriving for your reservation. If you have any updates to your health, please request a link to update your form. Your information is stored in HIPAA compliant cloud software.
No funny business.
All our services are non-sexual in nature. We are trained professionals and we like to be treated that way. If any suggestive remarks or advances are made, the visit will be terminated immediately and the guest will be billed for twice the amount owed.
Sorry, No Bitcoins
Cash and local check are preferred. Local checks should be made out to Sloco Massage. Sloco also accepts all major credit cards and most medical benefits cards (FLEX & HSA). We do not accept SpaFinder.
Grateful for Gratuity
Gratuity is always appreciated for hands on services, but never required! A gratuity of 15-20% based on the full value of a hands on service is recommended if you had a fabulous experience. You can always show your appreciation with online reviews and word of mouth referrals too!
The Gift of Awesomeness
Gift certificates (which are available for purchase in person and online) may be redeemed for products and services at Sloco. Gift certificate for any products or services at Sloco based on the paid value of this certificate. Certificates are transferable but cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If transferring a gift certificate to another person, we ask that you let us know. Gift cards cannot be returned for any reason, so all sales are final. Each gift certificate has a value associated with it. Promotional gift vouchers are subject to expiration. Each certificate must have a code that is valid for redemption. Service menu and pricing are subject to change, and subject to availability.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Team members go through a HIPAA Awareness course. Your information stays with the business and will never be sold to outside parties. According to Municipal Code 5.56.150 Massage establishment—Record keeping requirements, we are required to keep full names, address, phone numbers of each guest on file for a minimum of 5 years. The records shall be open to inspection by officials charged with the enforcement of these provisions for the purposes of law enforcement and for no other purpose. The information furnished or secured as a result of any such inspection shall be confidential.
Web Policy
In order to improve our guest’s experience on our website, we use a service called Mouseflow. The Mouseflow app collects certain non-personal information about your behavior on our website from your mouse such as click/touch, movement, scroll and browser such as browser model. Mouseflow does not collect personal data such as your IP or keystrokes.
