Many of my clients have been complaining about dry skin lately when they come in for a massage. Even though we’re in California and close to the ocean, this winter weather is drying out our skin! Below is a link to an article I found by Kayla Fiorvanti, originally published in Body Sense magazine. There are several tips that might help you get some moisture back into your skin. Also, next time you go in for a massage, make sure to request oil instead of lotion and consider treating your skin to a body scrub.
