This program is designed to help you incorporate some guilt-free self-care into your life! We’re always searching for the latest and greatest to help you reach your wellness goals, so program benefits are available during our hours of operation which are both subject to change.
The Monthly Massage Program runs on a monthly auto-renew schedule and gives you ONE 50-minute Personalized Therapeutic Massage available for weekday bookings and TWO Express Wellcare Treatments available for use at any time during business hours. You can choose any of the express versions of the following services to create your own unique wellness routine:

ARRC LED Red Light Bed
Dry Salt Therapy
Express Compression Therapy
Express Infrared Sauna Sessions

In order to hold you accountable to reach your goals, services expire at the end of each calendar month. Services included in the program may change based on the needs of the business. Services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that many of these services deliver the best results when experienced on different days.
Program Benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed except as set forth in this document and only for the specified services.
They say sharing is caring… which is why with this program you can share your monthly program services each month with someone you care about! In order to do this, you must notify us ahead of time to transfer the services to the guest’s name. We do not recommend doing this until they book their appointment, as the service will still expire at the end of the calendar month.
You may also bring a guest for an extra $10 per person when they join you at the same time for Infrared Sauna Sessions, Dry Salt Therapy or Whole Body Cryotherapy. These sessions must be done simultaneously to get this special pricing.
If you’re not loving your experience, you may cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Monthly payments of $119 will be charged at sign up, then auto-renews on the 1st of the month every month. You can cancel with 30 days notice. Dues cannot be prorated or refunded for any reason. All program sales are final.
In the case of global crisis or should we not be able to provide services for any reason, we will press pause on any future payments. Otherwise, freezing payments on this program is not available.
Because services do not roll over from month to month, it is essential that you make an effort to prioritize booking your appointment at a time that works well for you well in advance.
Need some extra time? No problem! You can opt for a longer appointment by paying the difference in price at the time of their appointment. For massages, that is usually $25 for every additional quarter-hour.
Last minute appointments are welcome, but please do not drop in for services without contacting us first about availability. Out of fairness, we do not allow guests to make standing appointments. Please do not make appointments you cannot keep! If you late cancel or miss an appointment for any Express Wellcare Treatments, you will have to forfeit your prepaid Express Wellcare Treatment Credit. If no prepaid treatment credit for that service are available for redemption, there will be a $10 late cancellation fee or a $20 no-show fee for each service, no exceptions.
Massages and all other services do require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the regular price of the service that was canceled and will be deducted from the prepaid service if voluntary payment is not provided. No shows will be responsible for the full cost of the session or forfeit the prepaid massage. No exceptions.
If you cannot make your appointment or you are ill, we encourage you to find someone who can take your place to avoid any unnecessary charges. We regret that late arrivals may not receive an extension of the scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees. Guests who are new to Sloco to experiencing a new service (or a service that hasn’t been used in over a year), should arrive 5-10 minutes early.

In order to make sure that you get the maximum benefit from your time with us, we recommend doing hot and cold services on different days, or at least 3 hours apart. These are suggestions for services we recommend doing together!

Since these are express services, every minute matters! Please arrive on time for your appointment, otherwise, your appointment may be bumped.
We would also be grateful for your support in booking appointments online to ease the workload on our guest services team.
In order to provide incentive for you to reach your goals, services expire 90 days after accrual as long as your membership remains active. Services included in the membership may change based on changing business circumstances. Services are subject to availability. Keep in mind that many of these services deliver the best results when experienced on different days.
